PHC & DPO Refund Policy

Policy refund for PHC is the following: Applicant may ask for a full refund (minus the $25.00 application fee) within 3 days  from the application date by submitting a letter signed  by the principal applicant of the account stating the reason why applicant is cancelling the policy. Applicant should expect to receive his/her refund within 45 business days as of the date FHS received your request. We will notify the applicant once we have received and processed the refund.

Applicant should expect to receive his/her refund within 45 business days as of the date FHS received your request. We will notify the applicant once we have received and processed the refund.
